Maintenance Assistants: Perform day to day general maintenance duties including providing support in general building maintenance such as light bulb replacements, general plumbing repairs, and assisting the engineering staff with project oriented work as assigned. Assistants are also responsible for providing a high level of “housekeeping” support to ensure the cleanliness of all building common areas, stairwells, lavatories, elevators, garages, and building grounds. |
